Chicken-Que 2007
Well I survived Chicken-Que 2007. I helped the men of the church cook about 500 half-chickens. It was a great day of fellowship and fun. The women spent most of the day in the fellowship hall. They made coleslaw, baked beans, and bagged bread. We sold out of chicken, so it was a great success.
I am looking forward to Chicken-Que 2008. It's just sad that we will have to kill so many chickens.
